Chengzhi announced that its holding subsidiary, Nanjing Chengzhi Yongqing Energy Technology Co., Ltd., recently received a "Tax Matter Notification" from the Inspection Bureau of the Nanjing Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, requiring the payment of consumption tax, tax surcharges, and related late fees for carbon five heavy hydrocarbons, totaling approximately 166 million yuan. Chengzhi Yongqing has completed the full payment of the relevant amounts, and the local tax authority did not impose any penalties. It is expected to impact the company's net profit for the year 2025 by approximately 132 million yuan
