Tongling Electric: The controlling shareholder is proposed to be changed from Shangkun Biotechnology to Shangkun Consulting
Tongling Electric announced that on September 15, 2025, Shangkun Biotechnology and Shangkun Consulting signed the "Share Transfer Agreement." According to the agreement, Shangkun Biotechnology will transfer all of its 29.08% shares in the company to Shangkun Consulting, and Shangkun Biotechnology will no longer hold shares in the company. The controlling shareholder will change from Shangkun Biotechnology to Shangkun Consulting
