  • Shares of Rum Group Inc (NASDAQ:RUM) got a boost, surging 15% to $8.22. The move followed a report identifying Anthropic as the customer behind RUM Group’s $13.7 billion GPU services contract.
  • Tyra Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:TYRA) shares were also up, gaining 16% to $25.63. Tyra announced pricing of $400 million underwritten offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants.

  • Corning Inc (NYSE:GLW) shares dropped 12% to $145.83 after the company announced a $2 billion offering.
  • Shares of Q/C Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:QCLS) were down 65% to $0.60. Q/C Technologies terminated consulting agreements with Chelsea Voss and Ocean Avenue Holdings, affiliate of Martin Shkreli.
  • Cellectis SA (NASDAQ:CLLS) was down, falling 41% to $1.84 after the company announced a strategic transformation to become an in vivo gene editing entity focused on long-lasting treatments for chronic diseases.

Commodities

In commodity news, oil traded up 3% to $102.93 while gold traded down 2.1% at $4,317.20.

Silver traded down 2.7% to $63.40 on Monday, while copper fell 2.9% to $6.3595.

Euro zone

European shares were mostly lower today. The eurozone’s STOXX 600 declined 0.6% while Spain’s IBEX 35 Index fell 1.5%, London’s FTSE 100 gained 0.4%, Germany’s DAX fell 0.8%, while France’s CAC 40 dropped 1.1%.
