Exports to the US, Mainland China, and Hong Kong rose significantly, with increases of 59.6%, 37.8%, and 63.2% YoY, respectively. Total merchandise trade also grew by 33.1% YoY.

- In April, Singapore's non-oil domestic exports increased by 24.5% year-on-year, exceeding market expectations, compared to a previous growth of 15.3%.  
- Growth in electronic exports was driven by demand related to artificial intelligence, particularly for integrated circuits, disk media products, and personal computers.  
- Total goods trade rose by 33.1% in April, with total exports and imports growing by 31.8% and 34.7%, respectively.
