$PropNex(OYY.SG)
Context:
PropNex is still one of the SG stocks I quite like. Their business is not too difficult to understand, and as long as property transactions continue, there’s still money to be made. Of course, property market also got slow periods one lah.
My trade:
I’m still holding my PropNex shares for now. The dividend is a nice bonus, and I don’t see the need to rush to sell just because of some short-term price movements.
Takeaway:
For me, this one is more about patience. No need to keep buying and selling every time the price moves 😂. I’ll just monitor the results and dividend, then see if there’s a good chance to add more along the way. 📈
