$PropNex(OYY.SG)

Context:

PropNex is still one of the SG stocks I’m quite comfortable with. I like that it gives me exposure to the local property market, and the dividend is another plus. Of course, property market can slow down also, so still need to keep an eye on the numbers.

My trade:

I’m continuing to hold my PropNex shares for now. Not looking to sell just because of short-term price movements. I rather see how the business performs over time before making my next move.

Takeaway:

This one I’m taking my time lah. 😂 No need to keep buying and selling until so tiring. As long as the business still doing okay and the valuation makes sense, I’m happy to hold and collect the dividends. 📈
