WILLING CORP.: Plans to increase capital by 40 million yuan to its subsidiary
WILLING CORP. announced that the company plans to increase the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuyi Industry, by 40 million yuan. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Wuyi Industry will rise from 100 million yuan to 140 million yuan. The capital increase will be funded by the company's own funds. After the completion of this capital increase, Wuyi Industry will still be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company
