MPCSH: Subsidiary signs a five-year technical operation and maintenance management service agreement

MPCSH announced that its holding subsidiary, Beijing Xinwo Da Ocean Technology Co., Ltd., has signed the "Beijing Aquarium Technical Operation and Management Service Agreement" with General Marine Ecological Engineering Co., Ltd. The service period is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2029. The scope of services includes the safe operation of all maintenance systems within the Beijing Aquarium, the safe breeding of all organisms except marine mammals, the water quality safety control for all organisms using seawater and freshwater, the maintenance of display effects for organisms except marine mammals, as well as technical training and daily management for relevant staff of Party A. The service fees cover all costs, including remuneration, management fees, technical licensing, personnel travel expenses, etc. The performance of the contract does not affect the independence of the company's main business, and there is no situation where the company's main business relies on the transaction parties due to the performance of this contract
