XNTS announced that the company's board of directors recently received resignation letters from Chairman Zhang Tong and directors Shi Lincong and Yang Hanyan. Zhang Tong resigned from the positions of chairman, director, and related roles due to job changes, Shi Lincong resigned from the position of director and related roles due to work arrangements, and Yang Hanyan resigned from the position of director but will continue to serve as the company's party committee secretary and deputy general manager.
