FLDT executive changes: Chen Ming resigns as board secretary, Liu Huawen takes over

Recently, FLDT (SH600228) announced a change in the position of the board secretary. On January 3, 2025, the company's board secretary Chen Ming submitted his resignation for personal reasons, resigning from the position of board secretary, but will continue to hold other positions in the company. Subsequently, the company held a board meeting on January 5 and decided to appoint Liu Huawen as the new board secretary.

Liu Huawen has extensive management experience, having worked at Deloitte Huayong Accounting Firm and Shanghai Zhongyan Information Technology Co., Ltd., and is currently the company's investment director. Her addition is expected to bring new management perspectives and strategic directions to FLDT.

FLDT was established in 1999 and mainly engages in software development and related businesses. Although the company's operating income slightly declined in the first three quarters, this senior management change may inject new vitality into the company's future development
