Hengsheng Energy subscribed to 70% of Huada Thermal Power's shares for 315 million yuan, strengthening its thermal supply layout

Recently, Hengsheng Energy announced plans to subscribe to an additional registered capital of 117 million yuan for Huada Thermal Power at 315 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, Hengsheng Energy will hold 70% of Huada Thermal Power's shares, and Huada Thermal Power will be included in Hengsheng Energy's consolidated financial statements. As a provider of thermal production and supply services, Huada Thermal Power is mainly engaged in power generation, transmission, distribution, thermal production and supply, as well as biomass fuel processing. This investment will not only help Hengsheng Energy further expand its layout in the thermal supply field but also enhance its overall competitiveness in the energy industry chain
