Fiscal Budget 2025 | Introduce strategies to attract more cultural and creative enterprises that integrate innovation and technology

The Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Chan Mo-po, stated in the 2025 Budget that the government will promote the industrialization of the cultural and creative industries, planning to introduce more cultural and creative enterprises that integrate innovation and technology, support over 780 cultural and creative projects, with funding amounting to HKD 3.4 billion, benefiting 30,000 small and medium-sized enterprises. The government will also continue to support the film industry, launching multiple funding programs to promote cultural and artistic exchanges in Hong Kong, with plans to support 30 cultural intellectual property projects in the next five years
