SUPERTIME announced that the company's chairman, Gao Rongli, has reached the statutory retirement age and has applied to resign from his positions as a director of the company's second board of directors, chairman, chairman of the board's strategic committee, member of the compensation and assessment committee, and member of the nomination committee. After his resignation, Mr. Gao Rongli will not hold any other positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries
