Invotech: Thai subsidiary plans to lease factory premises
Invotech announced on the evening of March 12 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Invotech Thailand plans to use its own funds to lease a factory located in the Saha Group Industrial Park in Chonburi Province, Thailand, for production and operation. The lease term is 5 years, with a leased area of approximately 5,184 square meters, and the total rent for 5 years is approximately 46.656 million Thai Baht. The final transaction price and leased area will be subject to the content of the agreement signed by both parties
