On March 21st, Jinshi Data reported that MONTNETS TECHNOLOGY announced that the company and relevant personnel received a warning letter from the Liaoning Securities Regulatory Bureau. Upon investigation, it was found that the company had inaccuracies in the recognition of goodwill impairment, leading to inaccurate disclosures of relevant financial information in the annual reports for 2021 and 2022. The then Chairman Richard Yu, President Xu Gang, former Chief Financial Officer Li Juchun, and Liu Yong should bear primary responsibility
