CSII: 2.5 million shares held by shareholders are planned to be auctioned off judicially
CSII announced that it recently received a notification from the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Wang Anjing, informing that the People's Court of Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, will conduct a public auction of part of the shares held by shareholder Wang Anjing on the Taobao Judicial Auction Network Platform from 10:00 on March 31, 2025, to 10:00 on April 1, 2025. The auctioned item consists of 2.5 million shares of the company
