CCOOP GROUP: Shareholder equity transfer involves 11.5397 million company shares

CCOOP GROUP announced that its shareholder New Cooperation Commercial Chain Group Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with Chifeng New Cooperation Supermarket Chain Co., Ltd. Chifeng New Cooperation intends to use the 11.5397 million shares of CCOOP GROUP it holds to offset the debt owed to New Cooperation Group, totaling 74.4906 million yuan. Both parties to the transfer are concerted actors of the company's controlling shareholder Zhonghe Nongxin, and the equity transfer occurs between entities controlled by the same actual controller. After the equity change, New Cooperation Group's shareholding ratio increases from 2.48% to 2.54%, and Chifeng New Cooperation will no longer hold shares in the company.
