According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanghai DragonNet Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Cong Rui as the legal representative and a registered capital of 150 million yuan. The business scope includes: development of basic software for artificial intelligence; application services for the Internet of Things; research and development of Internet of Things technology; and technology services for the Internet of Things, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by DragonNet Technology
