The restricted shares listed and circulated this time are the shares issued to specific entities for the purpose of raising matching funds, involving 9 specific entities including the National Adjustment Phase II Coordinated Development Fund Co., Ltd. The company's total share capital has not changed after the formation of these restricted shares and remains at 2.295 billion shares
