SMARTGEN: Plans to invest 41 million yuan to subscribe for 12% equity in Guangjian Cloud
SMARTGEN announced that the company has signed an investment agreement with Beijing Guangjian Cloud Technology, using its own funds of 41 million yuan to subscribe for an increase in registered capital of 1.363636 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold a 12% equity stake in Guangjian Cloud. This matter does not need to be submitted for approval by the shareholders' meeting and does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset reorganization. Guangjian Cloud is an AI technology service provider, with main businesses including algorithm services, AI smart hardware, etc., covering markets such as smart cities and regulatory departments
