Cnlight: Received a warning letter from the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau

Cnlight announced that the company, along with Chairman Dai Junwei, General Manager and Chief Financial Officer Li Zhenjiang, and Board Secretary Zhang Taohua, recently received a warning letter from the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau. This was due to a significant discrepancy between the expected performance amount in the 2024 performance forecast and the actual results, a change in the nature of profit and loss, and the failure to timely disclose the risk warning announcement regarding the potential implementation of delisting risk warnings for the company's stock trading. The Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to take administrative regulatory measures by issuing a warning letter to Cnlight and Dai Junwei, Li Zhenjiang, and Zhang Taohua
