WANLIN LOGISTICS: In 2024, net profit reached 13.6526 million yuan, turning losses into profits year-on-year
WANLIN LOGISTICS announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is expected to be 295 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 24.15%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 13.6526 million yuan, compared to a loss of 228 million yuan in the same period last year, achieving a turnaround to profit. The total amount paid for the share repurchase has exceeded 30% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company. The board of directors proposed that no cash dividends or stock dividends will be distributed for the fiscal year 2024, and there will be no capital reserve conversion to increase share capital
