Huaihe Energy: Pan San Power Plant Units 1 and 2 Shutdown

Huaihe Energy announced that the company will hold the 13th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors on April 29, 2025, to review and approve the proposal regarding the shutdown of units #1 and #2 of the Pan San Power Plant. According to the requirements of the National Energy Administration, units #1 and #2 of the Pan San Power Plant, with a total capacity of 270,000 kilowatts, need to be shut down and dismantled. As of December 31, 2024, the total assets of the Pan San Power Plant are 117 million yuan, with net assets of 340,800 yuan; the operating revenue for 2024 is 438 million yuan, with a net profit of -233 million yuan. The Pan San Power Plant completed a power generation of 1.283 billion kWh in 2024, accounting for 7.65% of the total power generation of the company's controlled power plants
