QCEC: QuanJiao HuiKe Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. indirectly acquired 90% equity of QCEC Group
QCEC announced that the acquirer, Quanjiao Huike Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd., has indirectly obtained 90% equity of QCEC Group held by its actual controller, the Quanjiao County People's Government, through the free transfer of state-owned equity. QCEC Group holds 149 million shares of QCEC, accounting for 34.32% of the total share capital of the listed company. After the completion of this acquisition, Huike Investment will directly hold 90% of the shares of QCEC Group, and QCEC Group will still hold 34.32% of the shares of QCEC, with no changes to the direct controlling shareholder and actual controller of the listed company
