SOJO: Plans to exchange 21,188,300 shares of Jinli Co., Ltd. for FSPG

SOJO announced that the company and its holding subsidiary, Jiexin Garden, collectively hold 21,188,300 shares of Jinli Co., accounting for 3.86% of its total share capital. FSPG intends to acquire all the shares of Jinli Co. held by the company through a share issuance. Upon completion of this transaction, the shares of Jinli Co. held by the company will be converted into shares of FSPG, which is beneficial for enhancing asset liquidity, protecting the interests of the company and its shareholders, and promoting the long-term development of the company
