SHENGTONG announced that the company's controlling shareholder Li Yanqiu and his concerted parties, Yimi Fund Yuansheng No. 1 Single Asset Management Plan, shareholders holding more than 5% Jia Chunlin and his concerted parties Jia Zeping and Dong Ying plan to reduce their holdings of no more than 3% of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading due to debt repayment and personal financial arrangements. The reduction period is from May 28, 2025, to August 27, 2025
