GUANGXI RADIO AND TELEVISION: Xie Yongzhi resigns as supervisor
On May 14th, GUANGXI RADIO AND TELEVISION announced that the company's supervisory board recently received a written resignation letter from supervisor Xie Yongzhi. Xie Yongzhi applied to resign from the position of supervisor due to personal work reasons. Xie Yongzhi's resignation will not result in the number of members on the supervisory board falling below the legal minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the supervisory board. His resignation will take effect upon delivery to the company's supervisory board
