Xinzhi Group: CITIC BANK reduced its stake to below 5%
Xinzhi Group announced that the asset management plan controlled by CITIC BANK through a trust plan has completely reduced its indirect holdings of 104 million unrestricted shares of Xinzhi Group, accounting for 25.53% of the total share capital, and the shareholding ratio has fallen below 5%
