HIFICHEM: Shareholder Huang Weishan reduced his holdings by 0.9851% of the company's shares

HIFICHEM announced that shareholder Huang Weishan, who holds more than 5% of the shares, will reduce his holdings by 4 million shares through centralized bidding from March 10, 2025, to May 13, 2025, accounting for 0.9851% of the company's total share capital and 1.0000% of the share capital after excluding the repurchase account. After the reduction, Huang Weishan will hold 19.9292 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.9082% of the company's total share capital and 4.9933% of the share capital after excluding the repurchase account.
