CNANO announced that the company's issuance of A-shares to specific targets has resulted in an increase in total share capital, causing the shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and actual controller to be passively diluted to 19.57%. Before this equity change, the controlling shareholder and actual controller collectively held 71.6988 million shares of the company, accounting for 20.80% of the total share capital; after the change, the number of shares held remains unchanged, but the shareholding ratio decreases.
