According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Aba County CNDL Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Junming as the legal representative and a registered capital of 36.77 million yuan. The business scope includes: heat production and supply; installation services for general machinery and equipment; repair of specialized equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Sichuan Energy Investment Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CNDL
