Freewon: The conversion price of Freewon's convertible bonds is adjusted to RMB 14.9 per share
Freewon announced that the company will suspend the conversion of Freewon convertible bonds from May 26, 2025, until the record date for the equity distribution, and the conversion will resume on the first trading day after the record date. Due to the implementation of the 2024 annual equity distribution, a cash dividend of 1 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares, and the conversion price of Freewon convertible bonds will be adjusted from 15 yuan/share to 14.9 yuan/share, with the adjustment implementation date being the first trading day after the record date for the equity distribution. Holders of Freewon convertible bonds who wish to enjoy the equity distribution must convert their bonds before May 23, 2025
