JHT: Provincial Investment Group will hold 14.70% of the shares
JHT announced that Anhui High-tech Industry Investment Co., Ltd. intends to transfer 16.2673 million shares of JHT it holds to Anhui Investment Group Holding Co., Ltd. without compensation, accounting for 14.70% of JHT's total share capital. After the completion of this equity change, Anhui High-tech Investment will no longer hold shares in JHT, and Anhui Investment Group will hold 16.2673 million shares of JHT, accounting for 14.70% of JHT's total share capital. This equity change is a transfer of state-owned shares without compensation, does not involve a tender offer, and will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
