JZABM: The controlling shareholder, actual controller, and others have committed not to reduce their holdings within 2025
On the evening of May 27, JZABM announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Lou Rongwei, along with his concerted party Hangzhou Jizhi Investment Co., Ltd., promised not to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding, block trading, or other means from May 30, 2025, to December 31, 2025; any shares generated during the commitment period from capital reserve conversion to increase share capital, stock dividends, rights issues, or additional issuances will also comply with the above commitment
