TYE: Zhigu Yunxing plans to invest 3 million yuan to establish a joint venture company

TYE announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhigu Yunxing, plans to jointly invest 5 million yuan with Professor Liu Xiaobo from Southwest Jiaotong University and Dr. Qu Hezhou to establish a joint venture company, Chengdu Xijiao Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd. Among them, Zhigu Yunxing intends to invest 3 million yuan, holding 60% of the joint venture's equity; Professor Liu Xiaobo intends to invest 1 million yuan, holding 20% of the joint venture's equity; Dr. Qu Hezhou intends to invest 1 million yuan, holding 20% of the joint venture's equity.
