JINZI HAM announced that the share transfer agreement between shareholders Ren Guilong and Zheng Qingsheng has been completed and registered. Ren Guilong transferred 145 million shares to Zheng Qingsheng and entrusted the voting rights of his remaining 82.9747 million shares to Zheng Qingsheng for 18 months. Zheng Qingsheng will hold 11.98% of the company's shares and a total of 18.83% of the voting rights, becoming the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company
