HOOTECH: Multiple shareholders plan to reduce their holdings

HOOTECH announced that director Liu Bibo plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 20,965 shares, accounting for 0.0133% of the company's total share capital. Xuzhou Botong Enterprise Management Partnership plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 47,250 shares, accounting for 0.0300% of the company's total share capital. Vice General Manager Zhu Feng plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 26,250 shares, accounting for 0.0167% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period will be within three months starting from 15 trading days after this announcement, conducted through centralized bidding, with the total number of shares reduced in any consecutive 90 days not exceeding 1% of the total number of shares of the company. The reduction price will be determined based on market conditions and will not be lower than the listing issue price
