YUEYANG XINGCHANG: Major shareholder Xingchang Group releases the pledge of 3 million shares over 5% stake
On June 6th, YUEYANG XINGCHANG announced that one of its shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, the concerted actor Xingchang Group, has released the pledge of 3 million shares. As of the announcement date, Xingchang Group and its concerted actor Xingchang Qifu collectively hold 40.9434 million shares of the company, accounting for 11.07% of the total share capital, of which the cumulative pledged shares amount to 13 million, accounting for 3.52% of the total share capital
