SHENTONG TECHNOLOGY announced that its shareholder Biheng Investment plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 12,880,640 shares through centralized bidding and block trading due to its own funding needs, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital
