TYE: Shareholder reduction ratio reached 1.8439%
TYE announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Zhou Yan, along with his concerted actors Jin Chu Enterprises, Zhou Jing, Chen Yue, and Wei Yizhong, have completed their share reduction plan. Among them, Jin Chu Enterprises has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 4.0865 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 2.8434% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, the combined shareholding ratio of Zhou Yan and his concerted actors has decreased to 52.5336%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%
