According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Ji'an Kaiwang Precision Industry Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Zhongyi as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The business scope includes: manufacturing of Internet of Things (IoT) devices, sales of IoT devices, manufacturing of smart vehicle-mounted equipment, sales of smart vehicle-mounted equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by CARVE
