Yiheda: Shareholders reduced their shareholding ratio by 1.56%

Yiheda announced that shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Shenzhen Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd. and its concerted parties Dongguan Hongtu Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Dongguan Hongtu Venture Capital Fund Partnership, and Shenzhen Hongtu Intelligent Equity Investment Fund Partnership, will reduce their holdings in the company through centralized bidding from February 1, 2023, to June 13, 2025. The cumulative reduction in shareholding ratio is 1.56% due to reasons such as the company's repurchase and cancellation of restricted stocks leading to a passive increase in shares, and the company's issuance of stocks to specific objects leading to passive dilution of shares. As of the date of equity change, the total shareholding ratio is 6.00%
