According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhejiang Honghui Electric Co., Ltd. was established, with Xu Zhenghui as the legal representative. The business scope includes the research and development of motors and their control systems; research and development of intelligent robots; sales of industrial robots; sales of intelligent robots, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Honghui Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xinzhi Group, and Zhejiang Great Wall Electric New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Grandwall
