XCMC: Hebei Iron and Steel Group increased its stake by 1.06%
XCMC announced that its controlling shareholder, Hebei Iron and Steel Group, will increase its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 6.8932 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from December 18, 2024, to June 17, 2025, accounting for 1.06% of the company's total share capital, with a total investment amount of 100 million yuan. As of the announcement date, the increase plan has been completed. Before the increase, Hebei Iron and Steel Group held 226 million shares of the company, accounting for 34.59% of the company's total share capital; after the increase, the number of shares held is 233 million, accounting for 35.65% of the company's total share capital
