CRSCL: A cash dividend of 0.61 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares
CRSCL announced that the company's 2024 annual dividend distribution plan has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. Based on the total share capital of 4.444 billion shares as of December 31, 2024, a cash dividend of 0.61 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders. The profit distribution plan implemented this time is consistent with the plan approved by the shareholders' meeting. The dividend distribution equity registration date is June 26, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is June 27, 2025
