Recently, the issuance of convertible bonds has accelerated. This week, Anker Innovations, XTEMD, Wuxi Zhenhua, and Jiangsu Huachen have initiated the issuance of convertible bonds. At the same time, the enthusiasm in the secondary market for convertible bonds has significantly increased. Market participants indicate that banks are accelerating the early redemption of convertible bonds, leading to a "configuration shortage" in the market, and high-quality new bonds will fill this gap. From the issuance process perspective, there are still convertible bonds waiting to be issued in the future, and several convertible bond proposals have completed the exchange inquiry, with technology companies remaining the mainstream.
