FAWER: Plans to sell 102,000 shares of HANMA TECHNOLOGY
FAWER announced that in order to optimize its asset structure and improve asset operation efficiency, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary FAWER Liaoning Automotive Spring Co., Ltd. plan to sell all shares of HANMA TECHNOLOGY Group Co., Ltd. held, totaling approximately 102,000 shares. The company's board of directors has authorized the management committee to dispose of these shares at an opportune time within 12 months based on market conditions. The transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring and does not require submission for shareholder meeting review
