Intretech: Adjusts the upper limit of share repurchase price to 16.58 yuan/share

Intretech announced that starting from July 3, 2025, the upper limit for the repurchase price of the company's shares will be adjusted from no more than 16.87 yuan per share to no more than 16.58 yuan per share. The total amount for this repurchase will not be less than 80 million yuan and not exceed 130 million yuan, with the repurchased shares intended for cancellation and reduction of registered capital. As of the announcement date, the company has repurchased 4.7456 million shares, with a total repurchase amount of 63.5937 million yuan.
