BLB announced that Ningbo Bao Pu Fu Tong Asset Management Center reduced its holdings in the company by 127,600 shares through centralized bidding on June 24, 2025, with an average reduction price of 10.86 yuan/share, accounting for 0.03357% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, Ningbo Bao Pu Fu Tong Asset Management Center holds 38,011,600 shares of the company, accounting for 9.99998% of the company's total share capital. The information disclosure obligor plans to reduce its holdings in the company by a total of no more than 11,093,000 shares through centralized bidding and block trading. As of the date of signing this report, the reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
