On June 26, Jinling Sport announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Chief Financial Officer Yang Furong. Yang Furong applied to resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. The resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. To ensure the smooth operation of the company's financial management, the board of directors approved that Director, Deputy General Manager, and Board Secretary Sun Jun will concurrently serve as Chief Financial Officer, with a term starting from the date of this board meeting's approval until the end of the seventh board's term
